Big charming house, completely renovated, in the heart of Bourron-Marlotte village of character (former landmark of impressionist painters) adjacent to the forest of Fontainebleau.
Tastefully decorated (like for us!). Sunny garden, wooded park and terrace.

DESCRIPTION
The house is composed of:
- on the ground floor, a large living room with its piano and cinema areas, another large living room with its library and work desk areas, a dining room for ten people, a nice friendly and open kitchen;
- upstairs, two large bedrooms with double beds ("Japonaise" and "Paille"), a bedroom with three single beds ("Ile de Ré"), an eighth bed is available;
- a bathroom (shower, bath) and two toilets.

There are equestrian centers and horse pastures all around. International competitions at the Grand Parquet nearby. First time poney for children. We will let you know where to find them. We are riders.
